Just for Today
一． 只为今天，我要很快乐。假如林肯所说的“大部分的人只要下定决心都能很快乐”这句话是正确的，那么快乐是来自内心，而不是存在于外部。
1. I must be happy just for today. If the saying from Lincoln that most people will be happy as long as they have made up the mind is correct, so we can conclude happy sense is from inside but not from outside.
二． 只为今天，我要让自己适应一切，而不去试着调整一切来适应我的欲望。我要以这种态度接受我的家庭，我的事业和我的运气。
2. I must adjust myself to all just for today, but not require the all to subject my desire. That is attitude I hold towards my family, carrer as well as my fortune.

3.. I must treasure my health more just for today. I am determined to do more exercise and care my own health cautiously which will not be harmed or ignored, in orde to make it the solid foundation to success.

4. I must intensify my thought just for today. What I need to do is to learn something useful but not to be a man of cranky thoughts. I hoep to read some helpful books which require consideration, even focused consideration.

5. I am wonna exercise my spirit with three activities just for today, which are seperately doing a kind deed without informing others , and other two deeds just for excercising but not in intended manner.
六． 只为今天，我要做个讨人喜欢的人。外表要尽量的自信，衣着要尽量得体，行动优雅，丝毫不在乎别人的毁誉。对任何事情都不挑毛病，也不干涉或教训别人。

七． 只为今天，我要试着只考虑今天怎么过，而不会把我一生的问题都在一次解决。我虽然能连续12小时做一件事情，但若要我一辈子都这样做下去，就会吓坏了我。
7. I will try to think about how to spend today just for today. But I will not raise hope on resolving all my problems during my lifelong time at one time. It is sure that I will be frightened if I am asked to do the same thing throughout my lifetime though I am able to keep doing same work in 12 hours.
八． 只为今天，我要定下一个计划。我要写下每个小时该做些什么。也许我不会完全照着做,但还是要定下这个计划；这样至少可以免除两种缺点——过分仓促和犹豫不决。
8. I promise to make a schedule just for today. I will clearly write down what I need to do in each other. Maybe I will not carry out seriously according to this plan, but it is necessary, which can help me avoid two shortcomings at least---- overhasty and hesitance.
